screen and brightness issue..

My A50s screen remains on sometimes even when the timeout setting is adjusted to 30 seconds.

And same case happens when I just switches on the lockscreen to see the time, the screen remains on and does not goes off on its own.

Please fix this...

I would guess you have an app keeping the screen on. Google Maps can do that it its set. Have you tried rebooting?.....

yeah after rebooting, it works normally, but after some days it again happens...

>Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.

>Check your device issue in Safe mode.
