I just recently updated to Android 7.0. Since then, my phone has some sort of trouble identifying the correct battery percentage when it is charging. Sometimes it would get stuck at 94% then jump to 98%. Now it's at 91% and is charging very very very slowly and I have Fast Cable Charging on.

Is this a software issue?
Am I the only one experiencing this?

don't know if you're the only one but this seems like a Software issue to me, try clearing cache partition.

i'm experiencing that but not too frequent. i just charge it while the power is off until it goes 100%
but sometimes it works fine.

no it's software proplem, not only you , also the s8 and s7 has the same proplem
