every time getting error while installing application

Each and every time when Im trying to install any application on my galaxy A7(2018) I m getting error 963 . I have tried formating phone also setting reset.also use different service provider. Also tried WiFi to install application but getting same error.

Uninstall the updates of play store. If not working then remove your google account and login again.

Try using a different email id and then check it. also use the latest version of play store

clear the catche and data of Google play store, Google play services, download manager and then uninstall the play store from the apps option in setting.
Then try to open the play store and install apps hope it works because I did the same process.
