S22 ultra In One UI 6, within the secure folder, Google Pay and other banking apps couldn't send the SMS for account activation.

having same issue with my S22 plus. secure folder doesn't make sense if i can't use my banking apps in it. all banking app setup needs sms verification. Please help.
