I want to say that In past I owned A50, and the secure folder was working great, still in good working.
But this phone A16 has not a good one. Actually it is working normal with some app, and abnormal with some apps, I noticed that banking app are unable to generate OTPs for login. Same process is good in may previous one.
What are the issue, please share and resolve it ASAP.
As per your query, we would like to inform you that the UPI/ Banking apps are not functioning within the Secure Folder due to changes introduced in the latest update. The Varification OTPs are not coming under the Secure Folder.
To use these applications, please ensure that you access them outside of the Secure Folder.
