Secure folder is meant for securing sensitive files and apps. I kept mobile banking app in secure folder but am unable to register. However the same app in the app folder doesn't have this problem. Samsung has to do corrective action to set it right.
You have to log in again in whatever app you placed in secure folder , secure folder creates another space for your app where you have to login again and there everything stays separate
