I am not able to use banking apps in secure folder in samsung galaxy a35 model. Secure folder is not able to receive sms to register banking apps. The same banking apps works without any issue outside of the secure folder. I used m51 phone earlier and was able to use banking apps in secure folder. Customer care people told that new os doesn't support banking apps in secure folder. Is anyone facing the same issue? Appreciate your help on this issue?

The issue you're experiencing with using banking apps within the Secure Folder on your Samsung Galaxy A35 is frustrating.
Potential Causes
1. *OS Compatibility*: As customer care mentioned, the new OS might have restrictions or limitations on using banking apps within the Secure Folder.
2. *Secure Folder Isolation*: The Secure Folder is designed to be isolated from the rest of the device, which might prevent banking apps from receiving SMS or accessing necessary resources.
3. *App Compatibility*: Banking apps might not be optimized to work within the Secure Folder, leading to compatibility issues.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. *Check App Compatibility*: Verify that the banking apps you're trying to use are compatible with the Secure Folder. You can check the app's documentation or contact the app developer for more information.
2. *Enable SMS Reception*: Ensure that the Secure Folder is set to receive SMS. Go to Settings > Secure Folder > Settings > SMS reception.
3. *Reset Secure Folder*: Try resetting the Secure Folder to its default settings. Go to Settings > Secure Folder > Settings > Reset.
4. *Contact Banking App Support*: Reach out to the banking app's support team to see if they have any specific instructions or workarounds for using their app within the Secure Folder.
5. *Contact Samsung Support Again*: Provide Samsung support with more details about the issue, and ask them to escalate the problem to their technical team.
Additional Tips
1. *Use Alternative Security Measures*: Consider using alternative security measures, such as fingerprint or facial recognition, to secure your banking apps instead of the Secure Folder.
2. *Check for Software Updates*: Ensure your device is running the latest software, as updates might resolve compatibility issues.
