I have recently bought "JBL TUNE 310C USB TYPE-C" to use it with my "SAMSUNG GALAXY A34 5G" .
The Headphone is working fine with other apps like WhatsApp, Telegram - while WhatsApp calling, Voice notes etc. even with Voice Recorder the headphone is working fine. But whenever I Phone Call someone.. the other person don't get my voice .. i.e. Mic is malfunctioning.

I have checked the headphone with my POCO F1 and MI 12 , in these case.. the headphone is working fine.

It seems A34 5G is the only device that facing this issue, while phone calling.

I have performed "Reset All settings" but didn't get any satisfactory result.
I'm pretty sure it's another software issue of SAMSUNG. Somehow the software doesn't allow external mic sources to input voice while phone calling.

Type C headphones will work only if it has built in DAC ..like Samsung's original Type C headphones..

This headphone has built-in DAC. Have a look on the screenshot.

The headphone isn't working properly is because of "Compatibility issue".

Got it.. your issue is with mic during phone calls ..this is a genuine problem in Samsung that allows only Samsung's type c headphones or the type c adapter..

It shows it has built-in DAC.

So are you able to listen to music in hi-res quality? As per your comment you told during call, you are facing issue.

So the earphone is working for music listening?

Samsung doesn't support Third party earphones (USB TYPE C) and I hate this.
If you want to use earphones via USB TYPE C you have to buy SAMSUNG EARPHONES ONLY.

Which Earphone you are trying to use?

It is the same earphones that you are using JBL Tune 310C. I sent error reports to Samsung but they said to show my device to a service center.
