Galaxy A
Post-Update Problems
1. Type-C OTG Not Working
Devices such as USB drives and peripherals connected via OTG are not detected.
This impacts the ability to transfer files or use accessories through the Type-C port.
2. Type-C Charging
Following the software update, charging via the Type-C port initially failed.
After performing a factory reset or restoring the mobile, Type-C charging resumed proper functionality.
3. Type-C Storage Devices
Storage devices (e.g., external hard drives, USB flash drives) are not recognized by the device.
File transfers from external storage through the Type-C port are unavailable.
4. Type-C Headphones
Headphones connected via Type-C are not recognized.
Audio output through Type-C headphones is unavailable.
Actions Taken
A factory reset was performed on the device.
Result: Type-C charging began functioning again.
Persistent Issues: OTG, Storage, and Headphone functionality remain unavailable despite the reset.
Conclusion
The software update has caused broad issues with Type-C port functionality, specifically affecting OTG, storage, and audio accessory support, while only charging has been restored through a factory reset.

Galaxy A
(samsung A06 5g)
I had been using a samsung T5 portable SSD with this phone and after the oneui 7 update, it refused to connect. It so eyimes connects and sometimes it doesn't. The SSD itself is fine cuz it's connecting to other devices like older oneui galaxy phones and all PCs.
