Storage bug or device problem

Galaxy A15 4g device has storage almost full 99% after security update

The other files was 101 Gb of storage 

Whats the solution on this problem 

It's my friends phone but iam also using samsung galaxy phone the same update i have no problem instead

Download cx file explorer from store and check what and where is this others storage if you can't find it then restart, still no Luck?

Then I would suggest take a backup of gmail account and data then do a factory reset. (As your last resort)

Do some google- reddit/yt search to see if you can solve this without the reset.
