Screen turn to black during video play

A50 Phone screen turn to black when video play.  Sometimes it happens when scrolling.

goto settings>apps>3dots>reset app preference.

if this don't work then,
Turn your phone to safe mode and then see if the issue still persist. If not persist then its some app issue. If persist then its software issue.

goto settings>general management>reset>factory data reset.

If this also don't work then factory reset from recovery menu.
