Samsung A15 5g Unexpected Problems

I am using Samsung A15 5g from march 2024. Since i didn't face any issues but during may month, i don't know how but this a15 5g acting weird. Like 1. Whenever i am listening music the internal speaker mute for 2-3 minutes. 2. Sometimes this phone freeze unexpectedly literally you can't do anything unless you hit power button. 3. Automatic Restart during listening music or watching any video screen freeze and it automatically restarts my phone. 
No idea why these problems occur even though we didn't received one ui 7, I hope Samsung fix these issues.
Well is anyone facing same issues like mine tell me in comments.
