Galaxy AI am following up with Samsung for the samsung a73 green line and pink line issue from almost 1 month but they are biased and being selective only for S20 , S21, S22 handset for fix and for all other handset they are charging money.
If they don't fix please log complaint to Samsung CEO and even if they don't listen Do write complain on consumer helpline. https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/user/

Galaxy AI am facing similar issue and the support team isn't responsive. The call center is also not helping either. A green line appeared suddenly out of no where. The service center bluntly said to replace even without any technical checks. However when I checked online, I got to know it is common problem and seems Samsung has disowned the A series. Can someone from Samsung please get back to me.
