It's puzzling that your Airtel SIM isn't working on your new Samsung A35, while your BSNL SIM works fine. Since you've tried restarting, resetting network settings, and resetting settings, let's dive deeper into potential causes:

Potential Causes
1. *SIM Card Compatibility*: Although unlikely, it's possible that the Airtel SIM card isn't fully compatible with your new Samsung A35.
2. *APN Settings*: Access Point Name (APN) settings might be incorrect or not configured properly for the Airtel SIM.
3. *Network Mode*: The network mode on your Samsung A35 might not be set correctly for the Airtel SIM.
4. *SIM Card Slot Issue*: There could be a problem with the SIM card slot on your Samsung A35, preventing the Airtel SIM from working properly.

Troubleshooting Steps
1. *Check APN Settings*: Ensure the APN settings for the Airtel SIM are correct. You can check the APN settings by going to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names.
2. *Reset APN Settings*: If the APN settings are incorrect, reset them to their default values.
3. *Change Network Mode*: Try changing the network mode on your Samsung A35 to see if it resolves the issue. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode.
4. *Clean the SIM Card Slot*: Dirt or dust in the SIM card slot might be causing the issue. Clean the SIM card slot gently with a soft brush or a cotton swab.
5. *Contact Airtel Customer Support*: Reach out to Airtel's customer support team to ensure there are no issues with your SIM card or account.
6. *Visit a Samsung Service Center*: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, visit a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance.

Remember to keep your phone's software up-to-date, as updates often include bug fixes and improvements.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

1. Check the SIM card recognition status in Settings > About phone > Status information > SIM card status > 'Network' menu.

2. Remove and inspect the SIM card for any damage or corrosion. Ensure proper installation before reinserting.

3. Test the SIM card in another working phone with the same carrier.

4. Consider getting a replacement SIM card from your service provider if the issue persists.

5. Try restarting the Galaxy device to resolve any temporary errors causing the SIM card recognition issue.

6. Clean the metal terminals of the SIM card to ensure no foreign substances are interfering with its recognition.

7. Follow the instructions to remove the SIM card tray, place the SIM card, and reinsert the tray correctly.
*Insert the tray separation pin into the tray groove.
*Remove the tray completely.
*Place the SIM card on the tray with the metal terminal facing up and gently press it into place.
*Insert the tray back into the tray slot.

8. Replace the SIM card if needed, especially if it has been used for over 5 years or shows signs of damage due to cutting.
