Before I noticed the issue for the first time, I was using a case. So, after fixing the issue from the authorised service centre, I stopped using a case. But still the issue occurred after 4 months. So, I fixed it for 200rs from a local service centre and used a back case again. But there is no change. It became lose again. But this time I can't blame Samsung because the local service centre used some low quality glue which came off in a week.
