Samsung Galaxy a51 back panal problems

Hey guys  i purchased  Galaxy a51 on 21 march  

Everything was fine but today  i noticed  some issues 

On my a51 backpanal pe touch krene pe kuch puulaa pullla jaisa lag rha h daaabne pe dab ja raha hai

battery phool gaye hai ya phir plastic back panel kisi heat source ke pass to nahi rakha tha🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

A51 nhi h but i am a software engineer so mujhe pta h iske bare mein

That is a coincidence. I also bought A51 on 20 March 2020. One day before you but i am not having the same problem. Your phone must be in warranty so replace the battery as soon as possible. The model can be defective and battery can explode of the use of phone continues at high rate. use your phone as little as possible and get it to service centre immediately after lockdown gets over.

bhai ye pehla case suna hai phone heat hota hai ye to suna tha but phone phool gaya🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔ye to bahut badi dikkat hai
