Good morning all! i am a samsung user. I am writing to you after seeing some missing parameters. I successively used a Samsung Galaxy J4 + then an A7 and currently an A20s. the first was flawless. the second lacked call forwarding and acknowledgment. this third also lacks call recording. these options are essential for me. Please assist me.
If you're in UAE, call recording is not allowed and as such Samsung do not include this feature in any of their phones in UAE. However, there are multiple call recording applications you can download from Playstore. I am using Cube ACR. Also try automatic call recorder. Let me know if any of these work for you.
