There is a problem where I can't hear the other person on the phone and they can't hear me too unless I restart the phone. This is annoying. And then also, in the middle of a whatsapp video call, the call just cuts, siting a problem with my microphone and all. This is annoying too and has interrupted important communications. It's worrying because sometimes it works fine, sometimes it does that so can't really tell what's causing that. Please assist. Galaxy A71 user here.

yes i face the same problem and the reason for this is third party apps in our mobile.. in my case i identified all apps which are using microphone and i tried uninstalling them and restarting the device.. gotcha i got the app which is creating this issue and post restart i have not facethe same issue ever
