Jio 5G network hota hai par net chalta nhi h , phir thora der baad chalta hai phir wahi problem ho raha hai har din, maano internet roka ja raha hai kahi , aisa ku ho raha hai, paresaan ho gaya hai, network hote hui bhi 5G net nhi chalta hai, phir chalta bhi h to slow. Airplane mode try karta hu koi faayeda nhi, sim nikala koi faayeda nhi, customer complain kiya uske baad se ye problem ho raha hai, aur baykaar ho gaya internet, jio bahut hi ghatiya service de rhi hai, aur paisa bahut le rhi hai, isme government ka bhi hath hai, sab aam janta ur students ko lutne par lagi hai. Kaise thik karu is problem ko, kya ye phone me kuch issue hai ya jio sim me ? koi help kijiye agar jaante hai to.

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
