Kind of same issue with my M14 the 5g speed is max at 7 mb and sometimes 10 mb. But it was 97 before the update.

If its network issue you need to be in 5g network range or if its speed issue try to restart the phone and change between 4g and 5g or if still not works try that means lots of 5g users are using the data currently and due to high load less data speed is delivered to you🥲
