Image and video auto deleted

My images and video has been deleted automatically without any notification or without any action.  And also it's not there in recycle been.please fix this issue for your side it's not good for users.

How they deleted and what application you are referring... I have been using the Samsung Galary app for a long time.. plz share the screen shot of installed apps and the gallery app settings..

Are you using any third part Gallery app?

Check if you have enabled the auto remove after synced to Google photos or One drive.. as there is an option for that..

Can you please help me out too....it's the same issue.....my Google photos space was full so I clicked some option and now my album is missing

Check if you have enabled the Auto remove option, or check the Trash folder for your albums.
