Images/videos lost from secure folder

I have lost all images and videos which were moved into secure folder on my A51. Don't know why this happened. The day I move its there in the secure folder but, next day all of them gets deleted. Do any A51 owners experience this?!

I've experienced the same in my A50 & I've never got back the lost images ever...!
