How to get video calls back on Android 11 one ui 3.1

Samsung Galaxy A71 smartphone after upgrading to Android 11 and one ui 3.1, the video call button disappeared and the message button was replaced. Previously, it was very convenient to talk by video without the Internet with someone who has smartphones from Samsung, after the update, this feature was removed now I can not get through by video call. I really ask you to return such a good functionality of video calls without the Internet.
