Kindly reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also register new fingerprint and use Spigen protection guard for screen too then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Sometimes removing and readding solve the issue.

Goto settings > display > touch sensitivity and enable it.
Remove previous fingerprints and add again.
If it continues, resetting the phone may help (erases everything).
Still happens? Hardware issue. Take it to service center.
