I know it will sound funny but recently I have noticed a wierd issue with my Galaxy A50.
It is giving low DL/UL speed when using two sim cards. I am currently using Airtel 4G VoLTE in the 1st slot and idea 4G in the 2nd one. So when both SIMs arw active I am getting 300-500KBps on an average but when I disable the 2nd SIM (have to put the phoen in flight mode then turn it off) the Speed increases several folds. I have tried using BSNL 3G in the 2nd slot but the issue is there.

Can anybody please confirm this issue.

This is something I've never heard, how can this be possible. I know A50 was having network issue at start but now it seems to work fine atleast better than before. I suggest you to do network reset then restart mobile and then use. I guess this might help

Hi there,

We would suggest you to follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1) Ensure that network frequency of your device is selected on Auto-mode.

Settings > Connections > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE)

2) Go to Settings>Connection>Mobile Networks>Access Point Names>Reset APN as default. ( If you are using prepaid SIM).

3) Check via another SIM card in the device.

4) Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

Note: Kindly once coordinate with the network service provider

hello thank you for for responding. I have tried the above mentioned steps but I'm still facing the problem. I have tried the same SIM in Asus Mad Pro M1 which isn't showing such issues.
