Galaxy AI had bought a new Samsung A30 model before two months from Saudi Arabia. Now when I showed it in the service center in Kerala they are saying that it's board is complaint and should give 5000 rupees for the repair also there is no more guarantee for it's comfortable usage.
Now I have much questions that
1 How a good mobile would complaint within 4 or 5 months
2 Why the Samsung is not giving international guarantees or warranties
I understood that the reason is to make more profit by cheating the people. There is no any guarantee for anything in any other places axcept the place we bought. Even within days
Totally disappointed by your service and your company.
