@ samsung . My phone get damaged and unused due to saftware updation . Samsung service centre suggest me to change the mother board by paying 9k to 11k .

I don't understand why should I pay if it's not my fault . Samsung sent me notifications for software updation and I simply follow the process but due to this my phone get damaged ( start hangging and restart again n again ) . I lost all my data .

Please I need your support . Even I mark mail to your customers care , product head but still no solution.

The same happened with me ..
I had an s8 got a bloody security update after which I got green screen flickering issue!
Now I have to get my display replaced! I've stopped installing any **bleep** update after that ..
