I m facing trouble using certain third party apps from the Play Store in my Galaxy A73 5G device.
The app get closed automatically after opening.
Currently faced the problem in OneCard app.

Any of you faced such trouble ? Any solutions ?

Can someone with A73 device please try to install and open OneCard app and check its opening or not and reply

Bro, try to clear the cache of this app...
I had faced the same problem for the other app, and it got solved after the clear cache of the app...

Tried all methods 😑 still not working

Use force stop. Then go to storage and choose clear data (the app will be equal to freshly installed). Restart the phone. Thats all. I faced the problem in the ccleaner app.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.
