Then try resetting only mobile network settings. And if it didn't solve them try resetting wifi and bluetooth settings. This method was given by samsung customer care
Hi , Go to settings/General management/ Reset all settings .This will Reset all settings to default, like as a new phone. No data will be lost. Try it.
