To attach the log file: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Facing flight mode issue , unable to turn on while on emergency sharing, and emergency sharing is off, still not able to turn on flight mode.

Hi , Go to settings/General management/ Reset all settings .

This will Reset all settings to default, like as a new phone. No data will be lost. Try it.

i dont want to lose all my settings (even though my data is safe), is there any other way ?

Then try resetting only mobile network settings. And if it didn't solve them try resetting wifi and bluetooth settings. This method was given by samsung customer care

tried all the procedures in order 

1. mobile network

2. wifi and bluetooth

3. all settings

 

but not working.

1. go to apps and clear data associated with Emergency Sharing

2. force stop the app.

3. switch to safe mode and repeat step 1 and 2.

4. switch to normal mode.

 

it works.

 

(please backup whichever necessary before risking it).
