the solution is you only ....this type of issues are coming because may you simply update that bis android 10 os by using mobile data or wifi...it's never the proper and recommended procedure to install any big os update...that firmware need to be flashed by smart switch or by Odin or through authorised Samsung service center which is one and only update process for any new os ...download through mobile data or if wifi bar will little fluctuate during update then it gives incomplete software update by damaging software side and proceduce software holes ....so for now I am recommending you to perform a factory reset which helps to remove little software glitches and when next security patch update will come then just flash it by smart switch. or if you don't know the procedure then just go to authorised Samsung service center and flash it from there .it's absolutely free of cost within warrenty period of device

Nothing like that buddy you can update thru Wi-Fi or mobile data. There won't be any issues. Usually we need to update the software thru Wi-Fi connection and it should be stable. If there's any issue while downloading the update these issues do happen. Also its recommended to do a factory reset after every software updates no matter you download thru Wi-Fi, mobile data or Smart Switch. So i suggest him to do a factory reset. His problem will get solved. Not a big deal. Till now I am updating my software thru Wi-Fi and never used smart switch. I didn't face any such issues till now. I usually do a factory reset once new update is installed.

who told you? ask any good software engineer or Samsung developer team that which is correct procedure..if mobile data or little fluctuating wifi is procedure then none of the same device will sufferd different different types of issues with same software update....I always maintain that hence not a single problem in my s9 as well as in my old note3 device ...peoples welcome more glitches over software by those non recommended procedure only ...never say anybody that download big software by mobile data or wifi is better than firmware flash..thatswhy Samsung introduced smart switch that people can get highest performance of device but peoples do same mistake repeatedly and facing problems

That is interesting. So, are you saying that majority of the users who update their Samsung phones by OTA updates run this risk of phone damage? Why would Samsung release major software updates for its  phones OTA then with this risk? Why not direct all users to service centers or provide steps to flash the firmware officially? I am just curious.

I am saying only for big updates..if you are lucky then mobile data can install glitches free software overall and if it's can't then your device creates issues because update by mobile data atleast never been recommended..thatswhy I gave software engineer opinion and for better buy androtec monthly magazine and read which is actual procedure to install software...flas any 2 same device then if that software itself have issue then it will show same problem in both device...but it's only possible that same device showing different types of issues within shorten periods after installing android 10 by totally wrong procedure which is not recommended at all
