Advanced calling and messaging feature

Does anybody know how to turn on "advanced calling and messaging' feature in settings? It's currently greyed out.

Anybody using Samsung chat feature in Samsung messaging app? Is that working fine?

No this problem coming from 3 june. But samsung not solve this problem yet.

This feature is not regarding network provider. Don't try to fool us!
