Rcs feature and advance calling & messaging permanetly disabled with jio

The problem of RCS Feature which has come all model since June 3, after that the phone has been updated twice, but till now the problem with the message has not been resolved. Advance Calling and messaging option is permanetly disabled forever with Jio. It's been 2 months but the problem is still not resolved. Please reply when the problem is resolved. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

Same problem for me. Only for jio it is showing disabled

Same for me as on 20 aug 2023, I think jio disabled it purposely...

It works disabled IF you use Samsung Message app with Jio.

For me , if I install Google Messages app it works.

So Jio has NOT disabled it.

This problem from samsung side but problem don't accept by samsung. Same problem was coming in april 2020. but that time solve this prblem by samsung.

We rectified it by mailing the Samsung RCS developer which is now showing mail id address not found.
