New Firmaware Samsung is testing firmwares for almost over a month for m31, I think it's a big one but 狼狼.I just wanted to say don't get hopes from samsung.
Go to service center and ask them what's wrong they will tell you that motherboard require replacement but don't go for replacement first pressure them to clean install software if it works keep using your phone otherwise go for new motherboard.
