RCS on Jio

Is anyone getting RCS (Rich Communion Services) on Jio sim and Samsung Message app( not Google message)? "RCS" which is universal profile, not "Advanced messaging feature" which support only Jio to Jio.

RCS is Rich Communication Services and it's only available for Jio SIM Card in india on supported Devices you must enable RCS if you use a Jio SIM Card in india.

Jio doesn't support universal rcs profile on Samsung message (on my mobile), but on Google message it's working as universal RCS.

Samsung message has some problems with rcs i think. Sometimes it works.. after i formated me device it got broken. Then again worked one day

For me it is working fine.
I am asking that is there anyone getting Rich Communion on Samsung message app with Jio Network?? Because On Samsung Message i am getting Advanced Messaging not Rich Communion.

Advanced messaging work only Jio to Jio.
Where Rich Communion work with any network.
