Problem with advance calling and messaging feature

From past 3 4 days I've noticed that the send as chat message feature is not working...any messages I'm sending is not being delivered. I'm not sure how to fix this. Do any one know exactly why this thing is happening? Please let me know.

make sure "message" is your default messaging app.

Check your Chat Features status: Open the Messages app.
Tap 3 dots>Settings >more settings> Chat features. Check the chat features status. If you’re not connected, tap Retry.
Important: All people in a conversation (1-1 or group) must have chat features turned on.
