A50 not start after 100% process complete of android 10

My brother's a50 is not starting after 100% process complete of android 10..

He already try power on button and volume up and down key.. but it's still not working..

Only shows samsung logo..

It might be a Software Crash. I would Suggest you to head towards the Service Center They will help you

same problem happened with one of my friend. update includes full of bugs. dont update immediately. just wait and read some reviews than try to update

yes brother I am suffering from this situation in Morning and I reset it from Samsung shop my data is lost and through Google I'd I backup the data
