A50 not start after 100% process complete of android 10

My brother's a50 is not starting after 100% process complete of android 10..

He already try power on button and volume up and down key.. but it's still not working..

Only shows samsung logo..

at the time of system updating...
and what about the internet connectivity

my phone was at 45% during software update
and internet is not the issue once u download the update package
so if it's not starting please visit service center they will fix it
