1. Fast Charging removed. (Only option is available but not working)

2. Wallpaper motion effect removed.

3. Font size is different in notification for different app.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

Kindly follow the below steps and be assured your issue would be resolved:

1. Kindly Enable fast cable charging: Settings > Device care > Battery > Tap on 3 dots at the top right hand side > Select settings > Enable fast cable charging.
2. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc.

For wallpaper motion effect: Press home screen for 2-3 seconds > Wallpaper > Select Wallpaper > Set as home screen/lock screen > Enable wallpaper motion effect.

For changing Font size: Apps screen > Settings > Display > Font size and style > Font style > To adjust the font size, tap and drag the slider to the right or left.

For further assistance register your concern in Samsung member application:
Samsung member > Send feedback > Error reports/Ask questions.
