A35 airtel network issue

Guys i need to know airtel 5g (also 4g) works well in both inside and outside; For me its not working well in any building or home but in my another device ( it is 4g phone) it works well in the same sim; i hope it is sim fault by the way its old or manufactured defect of my phone..

Kindly Reply i bought this phone in August 15.
