I am experiencing frequent network drops while using Airtel 5G. The signal suddenly goes to "No Service" or "Emergency Calls Only," making it difficult to place or receive calls. While gaming, I also experience high ping and connection instability.

Additionally, I have noticed that sometimes, even when I receive a call and pick it up, the call does not connect—the timer doesn’t start, and there is no audio from either side.

To troubleshoot, I have:
  • Reset my network settings – No improvement
  • Reset APN settings to defult.
  • Contacted Airtel customer service – They advised changing the SIM.
  • Issued a new SIM – The problem persists.
As of now all settings are running on defult settings.

Upon further research, I found that many Galaxy A34 users are facing similar issues. This suggests that the problem might be related to the device’s compatibility with Airtel’s network rather than an issue with my SIM or settings.

I request further assistance in resolving this issue as it is severely affecting my connectivity and daily usages.
