to get better battery life let battery to drop 0% then charge it to 100% only..this is only the perfect method to save battery life

using phone below 20% is very bad for the battery life. it slowly decreases the life of battery.

Batteries works best in 20 to 80 range.Cuz voltage is constant ,not too high or low.
