SamsungGalaxy A53 5G smartphone is getting Android 13 based One UI 5.1 update in the US. This major update brings some new features of the Galaxy S23 lineup features to one of the best mid-range smartphones.
According to the information, Samsung is rolling out the One UI 5.1 update for Galaxy A53 5G smartphone with the One UI build version A536VSQU4CWB2. The update is currently rolling out on the Verizon network in the US, while the Korean users of Galaxy A53 already enjoying One UI 5.1 features.
The new firmware installs the latest Android patch released in February 2023 to improve system security, stability, and performance. It fixes a bunch of vulnerabilities that were harming the files and data saved on the phone. These include 47 CVEs from Google’s Android OS and 7 SVEs from Samsung’s One UI software.
One UI 5.1 update for Galaxy A53 comes with enhancements to Gallery, Widget, Wallpaper, Multi-tasking internet, and more. It brings a Battery widget that allows you to quickly show battery life for the smartphone and connected devices.
In addition, you can easily check the daily weather summary, forecast, hourly precipitation, severe weather alert, and other information through Dynamic Weather Widget.
Aside from this, the Bixby Text Call feature is now available in English so now you can answer phone calls and responds to people with text to voice. For that, just need to open the Phone app >> More options >> Settings >> Bixby text call.
One UI 5.1 update lets you customize each emoji and then combine them as you prefer as well as add a second AR Emoji in a single sticker.
