Community GuidelinesSamsung is one of the leading smartphone manufacturers in the world. They have a reputation for producing high-quality devices. However, in recent months, there have been reports of quality issues with some Samsung smartphones.
One of the most common problems is the appearance of a green line on the screen. This problem has been reported in a number of Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra devices. The green line can appear at any time, and it can be permanent or intermittent.
Another problem that has been reported is the appearance of dead pixels on the screen. Dead pixels are individual pixels that do not light up. They can appear as black dots or other discolorations on the screen.
Samsung has acknowledged these quality issues, but they have not yet released a fix. Some users have reported that the problems went away after a software update, but others have not been so lucky.
The green line and dead pixel problems are a major inconvenience for Samsung customers. These problems can make it difficult to use the phone, and they can also reduce the resale value of the device.
In addition to the green line and dead pixel problems, there have also been reports of other quality issues with Samsung smartphones. Some users have reported problems with the camera, the battery, and the fingerprint sensor.
Samsung has a history of releasing high-quality smartphones. However, the recent quality issues are a cause for concern. Samsung needs to take steps to address these problems and ensure that their customers are satisfied with their products.
How Does This Affect Me, a Loyal Samsung Customer?
As a loyal Samsung customer, you have probably had a positive experience with the company's products. You may have owned several Samsung devices over the years and have been happy with their performance.
The recent quality issues with Samsung smartphones are a major disappointment for loyal customers like you. You have invested your hard-earned money in these devices, and you expect them to be of high quality.
The green line and dead pixel problems are not just a minor inconvenience. They can make it difficult to use your phone and can also reduce its resale value.
Samsung needs to do better to address these quality issues. They need to be more transparent with their customers about the problems and they need to release a fix as soon as possible.
If you are experiencing the green line or dead pixel problem with your Samsung smartphone, you should contact Samsung customer service. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the problem or offer you a replacement device.
You should also let Samsung know about your experience. The more customers that complain about the quality issues, the more likely Samsung is to take action.

Community GuidelinesIf samsung can release a notice on this, it will boost the confidence of the customers. After the recent massive 2.3 GB update my s22+ phone, battery is draining quicker.
I also heard even 1+ phones also facing the green line issues.

Community GuidelinesI am writing to you today to express my dissatisfaction with the Samsung service center in [city]. I have visited the service center twice regarding a green line issue on my Samsung S21 Ultra screen, but they have refused to repair it.
The green line appeared on my screen after the software update on August 22, 2023. I have not dropped or damaged my phone in any way. The screen is still crisp and clear, but the green line is very distracting and makes it difficult to use my phone.
I understand that my phone is no longer under warranty, but I believe that this issue is due to a software bug. I have seen other users report the same issue on the Samsung Members forum.
I would like to request that you please investigate this issue and consider repairing my phone free of charge. I am a loyal Samsung customer and I have been very disappointed with the service I have received from the service center.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Achal Sengar
