I am using a Galaxy S23, and recently I noticed a pink/rose vertical line appearing on my display. My phone has not been dropped or exposed to water, and the issue seems to have come suddenly, possibly after a recent update.

I have already tried restarting, updating, and running the Samsung diagnostic test (#0#), but the line is still present on all color screens. From what I understand, this is a common AMOLED problem faced by several Galaxy users.

I kindly request Samsung to help me with a free screen replacement or goodwill service for this issue, as it seems to be a known display defect and not due to physical damage from my side.

I am based in Kottakkal, Malappuram (Kerala) and would appreciate guidance on the nearest authorized service centre that can handle this issue for my S23.

Hoping for a positive response. 🙏

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Samsung offers free screen replacements for some Galaxy phones under specific circumstances, primarily related to a known green line display issue.

Conditions
(e.g., 3 years from purchase) and without physical or water damage.

Limited to certain models and regions, including the Galaxy S21 series, S21 FE, S22 Ultra, and extended to S23 as well due to the growing number of users facing the green line issue on their devices.
