Dear Samsung Support Team, I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (Model: SM-S928B/DS) in Singapore. My purchase date is 9 August 2024, but the warranty on Samsung’s system appears to have started from 3 June 2024. I believe this might be due to early activation or demo use, and I kindly request you to adjust the warranty start date to match my official purchase date. Here are my device details: - Model: Galaxy S24 Ultra (SM-S928B/DS) - IMEI 1: 351123960144538 - Serial Number: RFCX601PSRT - Current Warranty Start: 3 June 2024 - Requested Warranty Start: 9 August 2024 - Country: Singapore (CSC: XSP) Please find attached a copy of my purchase invoice for your verification.
