This is in reference to your email regarding Galaxy A20s. We have understood that you want to know about the shared album in your device. Please don't worry, we'll definitely help you with the same.
We request you please follow the below-mentioned steps:
1. Gallery > Tap on 3 lines icon > Select Shared Album.
2. Sign into your Samsung Account and enter in the two-step verification.
3. Once signed in tap Allow to the pop-up permissions.
4. Type in your Shared Album Title then select Create.
5. Now its time to add in members into the Shared Album. Choose between Contacts, Groups or Account.
6. Once you have located a member to add into your Shared Album tap on Invite.
7. When the invite has been sent the receiver will get a Notification to join the Shared Album group.
8. Select the Shared Album in your Invitations.
9. Tap on Accept. Once you have Accepted the invitation, you will be able to view photos and videos shared within the Album.
