In pubg mobile why I cannot select the HD or HDr graphics. Even my Samsung smartphone have 4gb Ram.

It depends on processor if it support then you get options

it does not depends on ram, gpu is responsible for this.
may i know which phone do you have.
use gfx tool if you still want to play in hdr.
