M encountering problems ever since I hve purchased A50

1)heating issues even on normal usage(web browsing,youtube) I don't play games..

2)heating e1 while charging on switch-off mode.

3)slow network connectivity.

4)battery draining like anything..(1% reduction in 4-5 min)

5)many other problems

Scene-1

1)Had a discussion wid customer care ,Visited service centre but all efforts went in vain

2)not getting satisfactory solutions 2 my problem..

3)they have some heating parameters 46+degree above which only they consider abnormal..

4)draining problem is due to poor connectivity as per their opinion...which is not d case I think..

REASONS 4 DISSATISFACTION

1)Not even able 2 talk over phone due to heating n network problem..(online n offline activity)

2) battery drainage leads 2 irritation and not being able 2 use phone 2 my heart's content.

3)poor network adding fuel to 2 d fire of my problems..

Conclusion.

1)I think it's all due to poor hardware problems.

2)software updates posing more  problems .

3)customer and service centre replies are weird n made me feel as if I belong 2" PRE-INDEPENDENCE ERA"

Who have no knowledge abt technology n m using it 4 d first Let's..CREATE A WHATSAPP GROUP..OF A50 USERS MY NO...8552046804 PLZ COOPERATE..

didn't expect such a scrap 4m SAMSUNG...purchased becoz of brand name..but will never recommend 2 any1...my phn is on night mode with minimum brightness..no background app running..phn under 15k are working better thn dis

after note 9, I m using a50 and I found its a great budget phone with great specs and battery life. I don't have any problem with it n I didn't found any heating issue while playing heavy game like pubg continuously for 3to 4 hrs.
