After recent update of android os my WhatsApp is hanging frequently any solution would be appreciated...uninstall and re-installation also done but no improvement

We would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Check the device in safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/

Galaxy Store apps: Open Galaxy Store, tap the Menu (the three horizontal lines), in the upper left corner, and then tap Updates. From here, you can either tap the circling arrow next to individual apps to update one at a time or tap Update All to install all available updates.

Play Store apps: Open the Play Store, tap, and then tap your profile picture. Tap My apps & games. From here, you can either tap Update next to individual apps or tap Update All to install all available updates.

If the issue still persists kindly report the problems of your Samsung smartphone with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

1. sound and vibration then system sound then off all sound and go back and system vibration then off all vibration


2. notification then app notifications and off all unnecessary app notifications

3. display than on dark mode

4. display than off adaptive brightnes

5. advanced features than labs off all experimental feature

6. advanced features than motion and gesture off all

1.first go to setting then

3.software information then 

4.tap 7 time on build no then 

5.developer option open then

6.go back in setting app and 

7.last one is developer option then

 8.find three type of animation

9.first window animation scale- set off

10.second transition animation scale- set off

11.third animation duration scale- set .5
